Terms Of Service
Ownership Rights: Upon full and permanent payment, the rights to the commissioned artwork belong to the client. The artist can continue to use the work for advertising while accrediting the client.Confidentiality All designs, materials, and information will be kept confidential during the commission process, including debut.Payment Method: Payment must be completed through the goods and services option on PayPal.Revisions: Following the delivery of the completed commission, you are entitled to request reasonable final changes or adjustments to the product.Refunds: Due to commissioned artwork's personalised and customised nature, no refunds will be issued once the commission process has had significant progress.
Commission Process
Contact: Please contact me on discord (cherripies) to start the commission process. Any other questions should be directed via Email.Payment Arrangement: Payment arrangement will be agreed upon between the artist and the client granted that:
- Payment is completed through the goods and services option on PayPal, or VGen.
- A deposit is provided after a brief sketch is delivered.
- The final work is not delivered until full payment of the commission is met.Timeline: The estimated time for commission work depends on its type and ranges from 1-4 weeks. Any delays must be reported to the client.Updates and Adjustments: Upon request, the artist will provide updates during the commission process in adequate time. Clients can request reasonable adjustments at any time during the process.Delivery: Once the work is finished and payment is complete, the artist will provide the product to the client via Google Drive or Dropbox.
